The breakfast was complimentary and complete with bacon and fresh juices, as example. I loved the room with a bed and tv, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, great hot free breakfast, wifi worked well. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Wouldn't stay at any other "baseball hotels" in the area including the main draw in the area. We had people stay at the "main draw" and their partners in the area. They were old, run down and filthy. The wifi in those locations didn't work well either! We made a great decision to stay at Hampton!! Can't go wrong with this hotel.

The room we initially checked into was neat and clean. It was the king room with a sleeper sofa (accommodates 4 guests) and met my expectations, except for the cigarette smell. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room. I told the front-desk attendant about it. He told me that all of the room are non-smoking. He apologized for the smell and immediately checked us into a different room without hesitation. The second room was a total upgrade from the first room. I would describe it as a suite with 2 double beds and a king in a separate room. Most importantly, no cigarette smell. Nice! The next day upon check-out, my son's mobile phone slipped out of his hand as he walked onto the elevator. The phone fell down the elevator shaft from the 4th floor. We told the front-desk staff about it and ask if they would be able to retrieve it for us. They were happy to help and contacted the maintenance staff. A long story short, my son was reunited with his phone that partially works. Complimentary breakfast was served. It was good. I have no complaints about it.
A little pricey. But great customer service, accommodations, and complimentary breakfast made up for it.

Make sure to get queen room with large shower and updated bathroom plus a tub. This property is in a convenient and absolutely perfect location, near Cooperstown All Star Village and schools and places to eat. Furthermore, Waves Indoor Waterpark is just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Bed so comfortable. Breakfast amazing
Price. I stay once a month year round in oneonta paid more than double usual rate because it is baseball season. Think there should be special rate for someone faithful to wanting to stay there at least once a month while traveling through area

Hampton inn was a perfect spot for our surprise birthday dinner. The location near i-88 made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that the pool area stayed open late for a soak in the hot tub before bed!

The "eggs"!! Not sure they were really eggs, tasted and looked like rubber.

Breakfast is alway good. =)
Was staying the night with a friend and booked a room with two queen beds. We ended up getting a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. Had to flip a coin to see who got the bed for the night.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
I had the best welcome thanks to Kerry, who surprised us with a suite upgrade that turned our stay into something special. We were recommended an amazing local Italian restaurant that gave us the perfect meal after a day of adventures. Plus, the late-night hot tub session in the pool was just what we needed to unwind!

comfortable stay but limited dining options nearby
The staff were genuinely attentive during our three-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, providing just what we needed for relaxation. I also enjoyed the late-night access to the pool area. The location was ideal for reaching nearby attractions, though dining options were more limited than expected.

The room was clean. The air conditioning was not working in the room we were in, I called the front desk and we were switched to a different room.

Bed was awesome
Wanted to change reservation from 2 nights to one and penalties were greater than the actual charge. We were in town for a visit to Hartwick college. We planned on staying there going forward while our daughter is in college- student athlete = frequent guest. Will now reevaluate and compare to other similar properties and for booking flexibility
